The main thing that I like about Jake's methodology of training, is that he is trying training you so, you at some point don't need him to train you.

Have been attending Jake’s boxing classes for 10months now and also an intensive 3month fight club programme. Being new to the sport I have appreciated Jake’s passion for the discipline and how this translates to his ability to coach and motivate. An excellent instructor who is committed to ensuring the basics are done well and built on from there. A session with Jake tests you mentally and physically. Highly recommend him.

If you need a boxing coach I would highly recommend Jake. He makes you feel really comfortable and makes sure to explain everything for you so you can understand properly. He definitely has a strength based approach to coaching and makes training fun.

Jake is more than a fitness trainer, Jake is a fitness educator and that makes all the difference to success. jakes boxing has taken me to where I want to be ,after years away from nearly any physical exercise due to some lovely injuries that have pushed me away from training for many years they helped me get back on track .
