Do I need boxing experience to start?
None required. Every program includes in-depth tutorial videos breaking down exactly what to do and why — you understand the movement before you try it.
What equipment do I need?
Very little to start. The Boxer's Code is built to be done with no bag and minimal gear — just you and some space.
Can I do boxing and strength together?
Absolutely. Both programs are designed to complement each other and run simultaneously. Many of Jake's clients do exactly that.
Where are PT sessions held?
In person in Point Chevalier, Auckland. Online PT may be considered — reach out to discuss.
What if I miss a week?
No stress. You keep full access to all content through the app and website, so you catch up in your own time without losing your place.
How is this different from YouTube?
